Personal data
Participants agree that Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) may store personal data in connection with the HPE AI Excellence Open House Event and may inform participating sponsors of attendance. HPE stores only the data provided by the HPE event participant in the registration system. The data is stored, processed, and forwarded for the purpose of organizing and conducting the HPE event.
Image and video data
Participants authorize HPE to photograph, film, and record them and to use the resulting photos, films, and recordings, as well as their image and likeness, together with any other reputable material, in any way or in any reputable media (whether already known or yet to be developed) anywhere in the world for advertising or commercial purposes to promote and publicize HPE and its products and services. To the extent permitted by law, participants waive any claims they may have arising from such use.
Participation fee
Participation in the HPE AI Excellence Center Open House Event is free of charge.
We ask that you check whether you are allowed to accept the free invitation according to your company's rules. The value of meals during the event is approximately CHF 140.
HPE is subject to the provisions of the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), the UK Bribery Act and other anti-corruption laws worldwide.
These laws prohibit payments or promises of anything of value from HPE or its affiliates, either directly or indirectly, to a company representative, a foreign government official, a foreign political party, foreign party official, or foreign candidate for foreign office, to influence their actions or decisions in their respective official capacities, or to cause such officials to use their influence with a foreign government to assist HPE or its affiliates in obtaining, retaining, or directing business or to obtain an improper business advantage. Participants agree that they will not take any action, or omit any necessary action, that could cause HPE to violate the FCPA, UKBA or other worldwide anti-corruption laws or regulations. If Participants become aware of any such violation, HPE will be notified immediately.
