Event terms and conditions
Event entry
All attendees will be required to provide their business card when collecting their badge.
Hewlett Packard Enterprise reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to limit or deny access to the event to any entity or individual.
Force majeure
The parties' performance under this Agreement is subject to acts of God, war, government regulation, infectious disease, epidemic or other serious public health issue that results in a travel advisory or warning, terrorism, disaster, strikes, civil disorder, curtailment or significant interruption of transportation facilities that affects 20% or more of the event's attendance, or any other emergency of a comparable nature beyond the parties' control, making it inadvisable, impossible, illegal or which materially affects a party's ability to perform its obligations under this Agreement.
Neither party will be deemed in default of this Agreement to the extent that performance of the subject party's obligations is delayed or prevented by reason of a Force Majeure event, provided that the affected party shall give the other party written notice of the Force Majeure event promptly and, in any event, within fifteen (15) days of discovery of such Force Majeure event.
No refund will be given in the event of full cancellation due to Force Majeure.
Minimum age
All event attendees must be 21 years of age or older.

In an effort to provide a safe environment, HPE institutes policies and procedures for HPE Discover More AI 2024. These are subject to change at any time at HPE's sole discretion. You acknowledge and agree that you will carefully review, accept, and will comply with them at all times during HPE Discover More AI 2024 and understand that a failure to comply may result in your removal from HPE Discover More AI 2024 at HPE's sole discretion.
By attending HPE Discover More AI 2024, you agree that you assume all risks, hazards, and dangers arising from or relating in any way to the risk of contracting a communicable disease or illness—including, without limitation, exposure to COVID-19 or any other bacteria, virus, or other pathogen capable of causing a communicable disease or illness, whether that exposure occurs before, during, or after the event, and regardless of how caused or contracted—and you hereby waive any and all claims and potential claims against HPE and against any companies affiliated with HPE, and their directors, officers, employees and agents, relating to such risks, hazards, and dangers.
Photography and video recording
HPE Discover More AI 2024 is held in public spaces. Therefore, we do not prohibit participants, exhibitors, sponsors, news organizations, and others from photographing, filming, or recording general event activities for non-commercial purposes. However, no photographing, filming, or recording is permitted of sessions and demos that are covered by a Confidential Disclosure Agreement. In addition, photographing, filming, and recording for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited without HPE's prior written authorization. Anyone found to violate this policy may have his or her equipment confiscated, and photographs, films, and recordings destroyed.
You hereby authorize HPE to photograph, film, and record you and to use the resulting photographs, films, and recordings, and your picture and likeness, together with any other material, in any manner or media whatsoever (whether now known or hereafter devised) anywhere in the world in perpetuity for the purposes of advertising or trade in promoting and publicizing HPE and its products and services. You agree that you shall have no right of approval, no claim to compensation, and no claim arising out of any use, alteration, use in a fictionalized context, or use in any composite form of your picture or likeness. You agree that HPE shall be under no obligation to exploit any of the rights granted herein. You also agree that you waive any right that you may have to enjoin or otherwise prevent the exploitation of the rights granted herein. You represent and warrant that you have the full right to grant the rights granted herein.
Use of event attendance data
To enhance and optimize your attendance at HPE Discover More AI 2024, Hewlett Packard Enterprise reserves the right to use data provided during registration to provide schedule recommendations and advice - for example, where we see that you have registered for sessions on a particular topic, we may use this information in order to recommend similar sessions, or, where we can see that you have registered for a session which is full, we may recommend an alternative.
If you attend an Event Sponsor session, i.e., a session where an Event Sponsor is a published event speaker, or if you visit a sponsored exhibit at a physical booth at HPE Discover More AI 2024, HPE may share the contact information that you have provided, including your name, title, email address, phone number, country, and company name with that Event Sponsor. Following receipt of your contact details from HPE, Event Sponsors are responsible for obtaining your permission to send you marketing communications, where required by law, and for use of your personal data in compliance with their privacy policies and applicable privacy laws.

Event passes
Use of event passes
Sharing of attendee passes is not allowed. One pass per person only. This applies to the entire duration of the event.
Registration
Registration is complimentary. Once your registration is complete, you will receive a registration confirmation.
Cancellation
If you need to cancel your attendance, please cancel using the link provided in your registration confirmation email.
Governance
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. You agree that any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in India, and you hereby consent to the jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objections based on venue or inconvenient forum.
